The listed Terms and Conditions apply to the Greek Summer Pole Camp (GSPC and/or The event) for the year of 2016 and to every party (Organizer - Registrant/Participant), which affiliates to the Event in any way. By attending the Event, you agree to abide by all generally applicable rules and regulations governing the GSPC Event that have been provided or otherwise made known to you by the Organizer. All rights reserved.
1.1 Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications shared should be in writing. When using the GSPC Website, the user accepts that communication with the Organizer will be mainly electronic. The Organizer will contact the user by e-mail or provide information by posting notices on the Website (http://www.greekpolecamp.com). For contractual purposes, the user agrees to this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that are provided electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect statutory rights of any user.
1.2 Registrations are made online and exclusively through the GSPC website (http://www.greekpolecamp.com/index.html). The Registrant must fill in the required fields of the corresponding registration form, which is available on the GSPC website.
1.3 Once the required information is filled out, the Registrant will be prompted to deposit the first installment of the total payable amount, in order to confirm a set place in the GSPC. The confirmed place will be revoked in the case of a nonpayment of the final installment. Upon completion of payment the Registrant is obliged to send proof of payment via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) in his name; in case of a differentiation between Registrant and Payer, both names and their correlation need to be made clear.
After submitting the registered information and payment of the deposit has been received, thus confirming a set place in the GSPC, an Invoice will be produced and sent via given email or postal address by the Organizer to the Registrant stating the due balance, the applicable payment due dates and the complete bank transaction details. The Invoice forms a legally binding contract between the two parties, acknowledging that the deposit has been received and successfully processed, as well as the confirmed set place.
The Organizer is not held responsible for an unreceived Invoice by the Registrant due to a falsely provided email or postal address. The Registrant is obliged to inform the GSPC Organizer about a non received Invoice via email (email@example.com) and about any necessary changes to the made registration.
1.4 The Organizer reserves all rights to refuse registration of a potential Participant if it is evident that that individual may breach the Terms and Conditions here within.
2.1 Payment for participating in the Greek Summer Pole Camp (GSPC) is either possible by bank transfer or through PayPal. Further information regarding payment details can be obtained via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). By using this method to register for an event and by paying by card, the Payer should ensure that card details must not be submitted by email to the Organizer, as there is no guarantee on security of data which is sent via email. Unless there are cases of fraudulence or negligence, the GSPC will not be liable for any losses or damage caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information that the Payer provides when making a booking.
2.2 Payment is divided into two (2) equal installments; the first installment must be paid by February 1st 2016 and the second by April 1st 2016. As mentioned above, the registration will be considered confirmed after receiving full information on the first paid installment.
